Korola (bitter gourd), a vegetable with a bitter taste, is a favorite to many. But most of the cases, people do not prefer to have it for the bitter taste.

- Two sliced korola
- One sliced potato
- Edible oil
- Onion slice
- Garlic slice (optional)
- Sliced chili (3/4 pieces)
- Turmeric powder (half teaspoon)
Take a bowl. Place the sliced korola and potato. Add the chili, onion and garlic. Also add the turmeric powder. Now mix them properly. Make sure the ingredients get mixed well.
Place a pan on a stove. Pour oil. Please be noted that you need to fry the korola with a high volume of oil. It will help to remove the bitterness and make those crunchy.
Now, add the korola mixture on the pot. Stir them for the next ten minutes.
However, make sure all the korolas are fried well. Then take them out of the pan, place on a tissue paper to dry up the oil.
