Egg Masala Gravy Curry Dhaba Style Recipe

Egg Masala Curry: Eggs are an important part of our diet and a wonderful source of proteins. It can be used to make many delicious dishes. One such amazing dish is that of Egg Masala Curry where boiled eggs are just simmered in spicy masala gravy. It has a nice tangy taste of tomatoes coupled with the flavors and taste of the spices that are used. You can always use leftover eggs from breakfast or a party and toss them in a curry when you don’t feel like cooking elaborate dishes but still like to have a delicious, scrumptious meal for dinner.




  • Boiled egg- 4 piece
  • Fried onion-1/2 cup
  • Yogurt- 4 tbsp
  • Tomato- 1 medium size
  • Oil- 2 tbsp Bay leaves-1 piece,
  • Cardamom- 2 piece,
  • Cinnamon- 3 piece,
  • Clove- 3 piece
  • Garlic ginger paste- 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala- 1 tsp Salt- 1/2 tsp
  • Water- 1/2 cup
  • Sugar- 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
