Today I will show you how to make sesame seed brittle or til patti. It’s very yummy, easy to make, and healthy as well. You can try making Til Patti in winter at home.

Til/Sesame seeds- 1 Cup
Sugar- 1/3 Cup or to taste
Pistachios – 1 tbsp
Step 1: In a frying pan, add sesame seeds and roast until fragrant and set aside.
Step 2: In a frying pan add sugar and mix continuously. Cook on medium-low heat until sugar melts and changes its color to light brown.
Step 3: Switch off the flame, add roasted sesame seeds and mix until well combined then transfer sesame mixture on the parchment paper or cutting board and roll out with the rolling pin as soon as possible.
Step 4: Cut the sesame seed brittle square or diamond size immediately.
